Join Marina for Radical Self-Care Yoga every Tuesday 8:15pm-9:30pm.
Radical Self-Care offers a nourishing space for you to recenter, connect to your breath and body, and be held. This class puts into practice the idea that self-love and self-care are vital to maintaining overall wellness. We begin with mindful breathing, stretches, and gentle movement, before moving into a more vigorous flow. Class ends with restorative poses and a final relaxation in savasana, complete with aromatherapy. All are welcome!
